Fashion must-have dresses, as we know, change from year to year, or rather from season to season. There's never a radical change and the oldies always return. This kind of dress fits well almost all body shapes: it usually has a flattering style, tends to hide any imperfection and it's not waisted, so it's better to wear it with a waistband. It's called shirt dress 'cause it has some man's shirts characteristics, like collar, cuffs and fabrics too: in fact, it's usually made of cotton or silk.

If I had to choose just one detail on a dress I'd certainly choose the ruffle: it creates movement and makes the ouftit a little bit special, whether it's on sleeves, on the neckline or on the hem of the skirt.
